Our current bed is sized at 75 cm x 50 cm x 10 cm (thick) which is big enough to fit a tiny Chihuahua to a medium size Beagle/Corgi.

My dog has arthritis/ joint issue, will it be suitable?
Absolutely, we have many customers purchased our bed for their arthritis dog, our bed padding is thick enough to cushion a 10 -12 kg dog from the hard flooring and cushion their joints thus relieving joint pains.
Is the cover waterproof?
Our bed cover is made of natural material which is not waterproof but washable.
In addition, you can purchase our waterproof mattress protector to protect against any accidental mess to the inner mattress.
My dog likes to bite on zipper, is it hidden?
No, but you can choose to purchase our bed with the felt-frame. It will hide the zipper and enhance the bed aesthetically .
What is your return policy?

Do I need to wash the bed prior to usage?
No, you don't have to. We clean, steam and iron each one of our dog bed before we deliver it to you.
